General Terms and Conditions of Sales
Payment for all reservations shall be made in full at the time of the reservation (by telephone or a secure link). Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and holiday vouchers are accepted.
- Adult only
- The hotel is open to adults and children over the age of 14.
The hotel allows for payment in cash or with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Holiday vouchers are also accepted.
Official documents requested
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to provide their I.D. and a bank card for guarantee purposes. The documents will be kept confidential within our system and can only be requested for official use.
Check-in and departure time
The room is available from 4 p.m. The rooms must be vacated at the latest 12 p.m. on the day of your departure.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us 15 days before your original date of arrival (before midnight local time). Your prepayment will be fully reimbursed.
- If you cancel your stay between 7 and 15 days (before midnight local time) before your original date of arrival, Hotel Les Galets Rouges reserves the right to charge your credit card the amount for one night’s stay.
- If you cancel your stay less than 7 days (before midnight local time) before your original date of arrival, Hotel Les Galets Rouges reserves the right to charge your credit card the amount for the entire stay.
- If you do not arrive on time and with no news from you by 4 p.m. the following day, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Hotel Les Galets Rouges reserves the right to charge your credit card the amount for the entire stay.
Covid-19 cancellation conditions
In the event that the government decides to implement a new lock-down, you may cancel or move your reservation to a later day free of charge. In the event of a positive PCR test, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for the first night.
To ensure that conditions are ideal and make all our guests feel welcome, our facility has spaces adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility. You can reserve your Accessible Room directly, online through our website, or by contacting our Reception.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
All rooms at Hotel Les Galets Rouges are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night to a guest who smokes in the room to cover the extra cost of cleaning. If the guest continues to smoke in non-smoking areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
During their stay guests will be required to pay a government tax of €2.30 per person per day. This tax applies only to adults 18 years and older.
Additional person fee
Valid for all suites. Maximum capacity of 4 adults. Additional €70 per person per day (breakfast included)
We offer an evening meal for an additional cost. The price includes our daily special (starter, main course and dessert, excluding drinks). Discover our chef’s unique daily specials. We offer a full meal made from fresh local products.
Please note: Christmas, New Year’s and Valentine’s Day dinners are special dinners for which an additional fee must be paid on site.

The guest must treat the hotel property with due care.
In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client the cost to repair or replace the damage done. This also applies to any damage found after the guest’s departure. The amount to be compensated will be charged to the guest’s bank card.
In the event of intentional or unintentional damage to equipment, items, or furniture belonging to the hotel, the hotel can request a full reimbursement in addition to a penalty fee and damages of €1,000 to €2,000.
The hotel may charge a flat cleaning fee if the room is left in a state that is deemed unsuitable. In the event of damage to the curtain,sofa, furniture, bedding, or bedsprings, the hotel will demand a reimbursement for these damages, with a minimum charge of €1,000 for repairs and the unavailability of the rooms for subsequent reservations.
Non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations (which can be read on-site) will result in the guest being asked to leave the hotel without the possibility of reimbursement. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the amount for consumption that remained undeclared at the time of the departure in addition to the amount for damage to the room. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided for the reservation.
The hotel is under no obligation to notify the guest but can provide an invoice on request.
